TrueTradesman Integral Builders Inc. is a custom building and renovation contractor focused on creating Dwellings with Purpose. We are based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and are dedicated to serving our clients by helping them create new dwellings and spaces that fulfill their purpose. Those Purposes are:

Many homes have an underutilized basement. Consider turning it into a rentable home for someone. You get added income and a new neighbor gets a home, a win win situation.
Renovations
We all want a space that would be a reflection of our personal style and be able to deliver the comfort we need at the same time. However, aside from that, it’s also important that it has the right fixtures and amenities that are capable of providing function and value as well.

He undertook the task of coordinating a complete makeover/renovation of the main floor of our bungalow, knowing full well we were nervous about the magnitude of the project. He was calm, confident and put us at ease throughout the whole process. He remained on budget and within the timeframes he estimated. He offered excellent suggestions in keeping with our vision of what we hoped to achieve. Our “new” home is beautiful. We have received so many compliments. Ryan is a super star! He recently did two bathroom renovations for us and we couldn’t be happier with his work. He communicated with us regularly, was extremely professional, flexible and collaborative. He did a great job helping us narrow down options, and all of his partner suppliers/contractors were first class. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Ryan again!

Ryan Franks is in charge of a team of people who understand that the best warrantee is one that is never needed. The two projects that Ryan has organized and completed at our house have produced renovations that are perfect in every way: from design, to the selection of subcontractors, to timetabling, to the writing of the contract and to job completion. His team will not leave the jobsite until the homeowner is happy with the job that has been done. In our cases, there were no deficiencies whatsoever. And for 7 years for one project and 4 years for another - there are still no deficiencies. The best contractors are the ones that you can place full confidence in. Ryan is that.
