Main Bathroom - Wet Room Style

This elegant fireplace design was developed to provide a sense of depth and warm for the room. Prior to its installation, the room lacked these qualities and had no focal point. Now, the room feels comfortable, inviting and complete.

This home did not have a porch roof or awning. The homeowners were tired of standing in the rain while trying to unlock the door. TrueTradesman took the project from design to completion. The goal was to work with the existing porch concrete landing and incorporate a roof and posts to make it feel like it had always been there. 

Adding a Porch

When the homeowners took possession, there was a very small porch, the same size as the balcony overhead the duplex’s front doors. The homeowners love restorations. After some research and careful planning, they came up with this design. Once the roof framing and shingles were done, TrueTradesman was contracted to complete the woodwork, including the posts, railings, and soffits.

Rear 2 story addition with full height basement, 30x22 garage with 590sf loft apartment above. Addition included new kitchen, pantry, powder room, living room with gas fireplace, loft study area, 3rd bedroom, primary room with ensuite bathroom, breezeway office, and unfinished basement.
